BAGNA CAUDA recipe - ricetta




Do you love garlic?

Probably this is the most known typical and traditional recipe in Piemonte, it's served during the fall season and it's an occasion to share friendship and family gathered around a table:







Ingredients:
200 gr. salty anchovies (you have to wash them with white wine and not water, or just eliminate the salt using some kitchen paper) 
2 garlic (extract and eliminate their 'soul', meaning their green heart) same weight of the anchovies olive oil 
a terracotta pan 

Bagna cauda must be served in its typical dish with a candle at the bottom because that maintains it hot. You eat it dipping raw and boiled vegetables into it, enjoy!
